Arifact

I picked a piece of sheet music for my cultural artifact.  I feel as though the sheet music affects my project because I'm doing my on theatres in Nashville.  We could not do musical theatre without the music.  This is vital for the project it plays a big part in the musical process.

Maya Angoluh

I was able to go the talk back session with all the humanitary panel.  I was so inspired by Maya.  She has such wisdom in her words. Her sentence structure, when she speaks, is beautiful and allows me to think about the sentence as a whole, not just a little bit.  I believe that the way she speaks can not be taught, it is God-given.  She was talking about be the change, don' expect others to do so. 

Culture around us...

I feel like people do not like to make eye contact while walking by one another.  I am guilty of this act, but I do not understand why our culture does this.  I believe that some are afraid of having the "awkward" contact with the other person of not knowing what to say or do.  "Do I smile, say hello, will they say hello first, and etc."  We are a culture afraid of rejection.  If the other person does not say hello back when I say hello, then you think that they have rejected you.
